Who we are
Section 508 Ready is a service of MySpace MyVibe LLC (“we”), 30 N Gould St Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For anything about your personal information, email hello@section508ready.com.
This website
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated bot. We keep no visitor logs; Cloudflare shows us aggregate traffic and, for requests it blocks or challenges, the IP address involved.
No other party collects information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site. Because we do not track visitors, we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
When you email us
We use your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us to reply, to prepare a quote and to carry out work you order. Correspondence that leads to an engagement is kept with our business records for as long as the law requires. Other correspondence is deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
When we contact you first
We email businesses whose public information suggests our service is relevant to them, using contact addresses or contact forms those businesses publish. We record the company name, the email address or contact form we used, the date, which public fact we mentioned, and any reply. If you ask us to stop, we add the address to a do-not-contact list, which we keep so that we never contact it again. Outreach records without a reply are deleted after 12 months.
Client work
Test accounts, screenshots and other evidence from an engagement are used only for that engagement and are kept and deleted as your agreement sets out. We never ask for production data.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts this site and our email provider stores our mail. Both may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not sell personal information, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Reply to any of our emails or write to hello@section508ready.com; we act on it within 10 business days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to object to direct marketing at any time and to complain to your data protection authority. For those readers, our legal basis for outreach is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses, and for client work it is our contract with you.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top.
